Archie Ossin is a licensed real estate broker at Crowne Atlantic Properties. He has been a successful real estate broker in the Central Florida area since the late 1970’s. Mr. Ossin enjoys dealing with both commercial real estate and business brokerage. His past experience involves land syndication’s, the operation of citrus groves, commercial building sales, and the acquiring and management of rental properties.
As both a business owner and residential and commercial property owner, Mr. Ossin offers buyers and sellers knowledge of what they can expect to find in dealing with any transaction. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of Maitland Professional Village where he works on the Maintenance and Architectural Committees, and is chairman of the Eminent Domain Committee.
He is also on the boards of some charitable organizations in Orlando.
Mr. Ossin has both a B.S. and an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE). In the past he was part of the Engineering staff at Lockheed Martin, has owned several businesses including a manufacturing business, and also served as an Army Artillery Officer in the U.S. Military.
His experience of living and working in Florida as well as his dealings in real estate and business in the Central Florida area gives him intimate knowledge of the history of the area. Mr. Ossin uses this knowledge to help prepare his clients for the future when helping them buy and sell. Currently he owns several businesses and enjoys selling commercial real estate, manufacturing businesses, distribution businesses, and large service-based businesses.
Mr. Ossin has been married for 44 years and has 4 children and 3 grandchildren.
