In addition to his extensive experience selling businesses and as an entrepreneur, he formerly led multiple IT organizations within a Fortune 50 company. His vast experiences have taught him to apply a very calculated and technological approach to selling businesses. He believes all profitable businesses can sell quickly when priced and marketed properly.

He graduated cum laude with a degree in Telecommunications Management, and manga cum laude with a Masters in Business Administration. He attended Cal Poly Pomona, DeVry University, and Keller Graduate School of Management.
