Brandon Vaughn

Founder of 12+ multi-million dollar businesses

Brandon Vaughn has been an entrepreneur since he was 13 when he managed his Father’s window cleaning business. This early experience sparked his passion for entrepreneurship. By 18, Brandon was running his own window cleaning business, which led him into property maintenance, remodeling, e-commerce, and marketing.

In 2012, he took over his dad’s struggling business due to health issues. Starting with $8,000 in monthly revenue, Brandon worked hard, and within six years, he boosted the revenue by 50 times and grew the team to 70 people. His growth didn’t go unnoticed, as he won the U.S. S.B.A. Entrepreneurial Spirit Award and landed on the Inc. 5000 list.

Riding on this wave of success, in 2019, Brandon launched Conquer, a coaching service for home service businesses that hit the 7-figure mark in its debut year. Then, he launched Wise Coatings, a home service franchise featured on YouTube’s “Map to a Million.” It’s been growing quickly and even got a nod from Entrepreneur Magazine.

Along the way, Brandon also started HireBus, an AI-driven SaaS recruiting platform, and now owns twelve companies, each bringing in seven to eight figures.
