Josh Janus

Real Estate Investor and Developer

Josh Janus is the founder of Janus Development and one of Cleveland’s fastest-growing investors. In just a few years he went from DoorDash driver to owning over 200 rental units and building a $20 million portfolio using the BRRRR method.

As a licensed realtor he has sold more than 500 homes since 2022. He also runs a construction company with over 50 employees. His story and methods have been featured on the BiggerPockets podcast and other platforms.

Josh’s long-term goal is to create affordable housing and new apartment communities in Cleveland. Inside this course, he shares the same strategies, systems, and templates he uses every day to find and fund profitable rental deals.
