These Terms and Conditions govern your use of UpFlip Academy and UpFlip.com. Please read them carefully before accessing or using any part of our websites. By continuing to use our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Payments and Subscriptions (for UpFlip Academy)

UpFlip Academy offers a yearly subscription plan for access to our business courses and resources. You may select this plan during the registration process, and by doing so, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments based on the plan.

  • All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
  • If your payment method is declined, you must update your billing information within a reasonable period to avoid interruption of services.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience at UpFlip Academy. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a comprehensive refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 90 days of your first payment for the yearly membership. Even if you have used the membership benefits (such as viewing courses or downloading materials), you are still eligible for a full refund.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, log in to your account, access the support chat widget, and create a ticket. You will be asked to fill out a refund form, and upon submission, your request will be reviewed. If approved, refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 90 days. If you don't have access to your account, please visit support.upflip.com and use the chat widget to submit a refund request.

Special Conditions

Refunds are granted for medical emergencies if appropriate proof is provided. However, refunds for accidental purchases or one-time mentorship sessions are not permitted. Refund requests outside of the 90-day window will not be accepted.

3. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

All content provided on UpFlip Academy and UpFlip.com, including videos, course materials, articles, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to UpFlip LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.

  • Any content you share within the platform is also subject to these terms. By posting or submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content as necessary for the operation of the platform.

4. Third-Party Links

UpFlip.com and UpFlip Academy may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, services, or privacy practices of those sites. You should review their terms and conditions before engaging with their content.

5. Limitation of Liability

UpFlip LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of UpFlip.com, UpFlip Academy, or our services.

  • We make every effort to ensure that our content and services are accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that our content will always be error-free or available at all times.
  • UpFlip Academy is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of UpFlip Academy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington State.
