I’ve had my cleaning business for a year now. I wanted insights from a successful cleaning business, to improve our current processes and systems. This course helped direct me to an action plan that will yield the best results. Since I just finished the course, I haven’t had time to implement any of the changes yet, but it’s already given me clarity and helped me understand that there’s a lot more that goes into a cleaning service than just the cleaning aspect.
