Both Bumble Bee and Clean Agent show the cleaning services they offer on their home pages. They take two different approaches, though. Clean Agent just uses icons and the cleaning service names, while Bumble Bee goes a step further and describes the cleaning services.

Include embedded customer reviews

People will read customer reviews before they let a cleaning company into their homes. Why not make it easy for them?

That’s what California Well Done Cleaning Services does. They put both text and video client testimonials directly on their home page. The text reviews include an overall star rating, number of reviews, client name, and the review platform.

When you compare their reviews to Bumble Bee’s, both have the same overall rating, but Bumble Bee has more reviews. Plus, the website design makes it look even more impressive because there are 284 additional pages of reviews. You can also display badges for awards and honors you’ve earned.

Share your pricing structure

Commercial Cleaning Canberra lets people check the cleaning service pricing directly on the cleaning website. It makes it easier to find out whether the cleaning services are in a customer’s budget.

Cristobal Mondragon uses a similar tool, Booking Koala, to provide a free estimate. He told us:

Chris takes it a step further and adds the Bumble Bee map to his footer. Putting the map in the footer ensures every page refers to the Google Map, which makes each page rank better in local results.
